Floral-Embellished Spacer Top and Taffeta Skirt

This two-piece set is the most elaborate and formally ambitious entry in the Héritages Croisés collection. The top is built from the same technical spacer fabric used in Look 4, but here it serves as the ground for a sequence of large-scale three-dimensional floral appliques positioned across the shoulders and chest. Each flower is constructed individually from layers of fabric and wire, creating a sculptural quality that makes the jacket as much object as garment. Below, a full-length black taffeta skirt falls in a mermaid silhouette, its surface interrupted by finely spaced vertical pintucks that catch the light and create a subtle shimmering texture. The combination of the structured, textural top and the long, fluid skirt results in a silhouette that is unmistakably formal while remaining conceptually rich. Conceived for galas, red carpet occasions, and any moment that calls for genuine ceremony.
