All Joseph Ejiro garments are made to order. Custom-made, made-to-measure, and made-to-order clothing cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Each piece is individually produced to your specifications, and production begins immediately upon order confirmation. Overview
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to ready-to-wear purchases made through josephejiro.co. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Joseph Ejiro LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items — Final Sale
All custom-made, made-to-measure, and made-to-order garments are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances. This policy applies without exception to all bespoke orders, custom sizing requests, and standard made-to-order styles across all Joseph Ejiro collections.
Because each piece is produced individually to your specifications, Joseph Ejiro LLC is unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has commenced. By placing a custom or made-to-order request, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Joseph Ejiro LLC will not be liable for fit or specification issues arising from inaccurate measurements or information provided by the customer at the time of order.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Custom-made, made-to-measure, and made-to-order garments
- Sale and discounted items
- Final sale items
- Items showing obvious signs of wear or use
- Items not in their original condition, or missing parts or packaging for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of Joseph Ejiro LLC:
- Items with minor signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product
- Items returned in a condition different from how they were received, where the difference is not due to our error
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Sales tax collected on your order will be included in any approved refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval notice, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank or credit card account again — the credit may already be there.
- Contact your credit card company — refunds can take several business days to post officially.
- Contact your bank directly, as there is often a processing period before a refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced ready-to-wear items may be refunded. Items purchased at a sale or discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes items purchased during promotional events, end-of-season sales, or with discount codes.
Exchanges
We replace ready-to-wear items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not offer size exchanges. If you received a defective or damaged item, email us at he***@*********ro.co within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect, and send the item to:

Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances, including defective or damaged claims arising from customer-provided specifications or measurements.
Gifts
If an eligible item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount where applicable.
For items valued over $100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Joseph Ejiro LLC cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Delivery timeframes for exchanged items will vary depending on your location within the United States.
Your Rights Under US Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable US federal or California state consumer protection laws, including but not limited to rights under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), California Unfair Competition Law (UCL), or any other applicable state or federal statutes. Where any provision of this policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights shall prevail.
