There is a language of occasion embedded in this silhouette. The top takes its shape from the peplum and the cape simultaneously: structured at the torso, it fans outward at the shoulder into wide, rounded flutter sleeves that fall to mid-arm, then gathers back into a defined peplum tier at the hip. The ball skirt beneath is full, cut from multiple panels of champagne mikado, and sweeps the floor in a wide, rolling hem. In motion, the skirt opens and closes like a held breath.
