The body wraps and ties at the waist through a wide self-fabric belt, the front panels overlapping in a deep V that recalls the layered geometry of the boubou and the draped austerity of Sahelian dress. The collar rises high and folds over itself — part shield, part statement. The sleeves billow at the upper arm before gathering at the wrist, channelling movement into form.
