Black Hand-Beaded Fringe Gown

From a deep V-neck bodice, the entire length of this gown dissolves into hand-beaded fringe, each strand catching and releasing light with every step. The open-weave construction is both transparent and dense, offering glimpses of the body through a field of moving beadwork.

The effect is kinetic and meditative at once, recalling the tasseled regalia of Sahelian dress and the liquid quality of water. Constructed from black Mikado silk blend and finished entirely by hand, this is a garment that only fully exists in motion. Part of the Homecoming FW25 collection.

• Dry clean only by a specialist in beaded garments
• Store hanging to prevent fringe from tangling
• Gently finger-separate fringe strands after cleaning
